Terms of Service
The service
Nemity is a free online tool that helps Victorian households compare electricity plans based on their actual consumption data. It is operated by Hardi Sempuno (ABN: 32 350 877 626).
Not financial or energy advice
Nothing on Nemity is financial advice, energy advice, or a recommendation to switch plans. The cost estimates are produced from AER/CDR plan data and your usage data. They are intended to help you compare options — not to substitute for professional advice or a conversation with your retailer.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep our plan data current and our calculations correct, but energy plans are complex. Tariff structures, conditional discounts, time-of-use windows, and seasonal rates all interact in ways that are hard to model perfectly. We do not warrant that any cost estimate is accurate or complete. Always verify a plan’s terms directly with the retailer before switching.
Some retailers describe a real benefit — such as a bonus feed-in rate or a sign-up credit — only in marketing text, not in the structured plan data. We read and price as many of these as we can, but with thousands of plans on the market, we won’t catch every one. Some benefits, such as loyalty points, cannot be reduced to a fair dollar figure — where that is the case, we say so rather than estimate.
If you notice an inaccuracy, please let us know at hello@nemity.com.au. We take accuracy seriously.

We provide Nemity on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
